Wholly Frijoles is a family owned restaurant by the Villegas Family. Chef J. Carmen Villegas and his wife first opened their doors in September 11, 2000 with a desire to offer food made with traditional Mexican ingredients, but with a gourmet twist. Chef Villegas has 17 years of experience with Lettuce Entertain U where he began his career at the Pump Room in downtown Chicago. Monday through Thursday we start at 5:00pm Friday and Saturday at 4:00pm ** Wholly Frijoles does not allow customers to bring any outside dessert, soft drinks or food. However, there will be a $2.50 charge per person with no exception when customers bring dessert. No separate checks please. Dinner starts at 3:00pm no exceptions.
